The LDM1050 laser diameter gauge replaces the original model LDM50 (cable diameter gauge). It is a high-precision measurement and control device that uses the laser scanning principle for non-contact online measurement. It is mainly used in the production lines of various wires, cables, and pipes to measure the outer diameter and adjust the extruder screw speed or traction machine speed to achieve the purpose of controlling the outer diameter. It can also be used to measure the outer diameter and size of processed workpieces.

Applicable to metal wires, glass tubes, hoses, wires and cables, etc.
Can be connected to PLC, industrial computers, special controllers, and large-screen displays
Can be equipped with PROFIBUS-DP and MODBUS converters to connect to PLC and industrial computers
Can be equipped with remote controllers DDC-3, DDC-5, and DDC-7 to automatically feedback control the extruder and traction machine to keep the outer diameter within the tolerance range, improve product quality, and reduce consumption.
