Product performance and characteristics
1.Both the upper and rear covers adopt hydraulic opening and closing methods. To ensure self unloading of contaminated media, a scraper device is installed in the garbage bin. Using hydraulic propulsion, the residual ash (slag) rate is less than 3 ‰.
2.The hydraulic system adopts high-quality lifting cylinders, operating valves, sleeve joints, high-pressure hoses, and high-pressure steel pipes for reasonable installation. At the same time, reliable fixing devices are arranged to ensure no leakage for a long time, achieving reliability, convenient maintenance, and extended service life.
3.The garbage bin is manufactured using high-quality steel plates produced by Wuhan Iron and Steel Group. The bottom plate of the bin can be equipped with stainless steel plates to ensure the smoothness of the medium during self unloading. At the same time, anti freezing settings can be installed at the bottom of the bin according to the seasonal temperature situation in the region to ensure the normal operation of the vehicle. Install a push plate in the sealed garbage bin to ensure clean discharge.
4.The hydraulic cylinder action of the vehicle is controlled by a manual hydraulic multi way valve, which controls the cylinder action. Simple and reliable operation, easy to maintain.
The hydraulic system consists of oil tank and filtration system, oil pump, multi way directional valve, one-way throttle valve, oil cylinder, oil pipe, etc. The power of the system comes from the engine, which is separated by a power take-off, which drives the gear pump to work.
The gear pump sucks hydraulic oil from the hydraulic oil tank through an oil suction filter, and the multi way valve (located outside the driver's cab, at the front of the vehicle) supplies oil. When the multi way valve operates, it causes the rear door oil cylinder and self unloading oil cylinder to act. When the hydraulic oil cylinder is not working, the hydraulic oil directly returns to the oil tank through the multi way valve.
