3. Intelligent production:
a: The entire vehicle components are cut using the laser cutting process. The cutting surface is smooth, flat, without deformation, cutting slag and other cutting defects. The cutting size is accurate, ensuring the docking and welding accuracy of the post-process, and ensuring subsequent robot welding.
b:The longitudinal beam adopts an integrated weldless structure and uses laser tracking twin-wire submerged arc welding to reduce welding stress and no deformation, improving the overall strength of the frame. The distortion coefficient of the beam and the anti-bump fatigue resistance are increased by 1.5 times, ensuring a high load-bearing capacity of the vehicle. Ability to make the outside of vehicle components more beautiful.
c:All body bending parts are cut using a laser cutting machine or CNC shearing machine, and are bent using a CNC bending machine. The cutting accuracy, bending size and angle can all be accurately guaranteed.
d: The body square beams, large scales, twist locks, traction plate assemblies, suspension assemblies, reinforcements, etc. are all positioned using intelligent tooling, with high positioning accuracy, which can effectively ensure the requirements for subsequent robot welding.
e:Fully automatic welding robot workstation ensures good weld strength, less welding stress, uniform and full welds, and beautiful shape.
f:The whole vehicle adopts powder spraying process, which has full gloss, good corrosion resistance and softer color.
